As a Application Developer, you will:
1. Be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
2. You will be expected to perform independently and be a subject matter expert (SME).
3. You will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems.
4. Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application development.
