with a strong emphasis on performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure full compliance with all housing regulations, contractual terms, and internal proceduresMonitor and report on supplier and internal performance against SLAs and KPIsConduct internal audits, maintain risk registers, and oversee corrective actionsStay current with regulatory changes, including Abrams LawLead compliance reporting and provide insights to senior managementSupport and advise operational teams on all compliance mattersDeliver training and build compliance awareness across the business and supply chainSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a compliance, governance or quality role
