We operate a high-output content machine with a growing community of over 300,000 followers and 3 million+ monthly viewers across multiple platforms.
What We Seek We’re looking for a social-native, culturally tuned-in, execution-driven operator who understands digital dynamics and wants to grow with us. You should know what makes people stop scrolling and how to build momentum across platforms. Taste, obsession, and relentless follow-through are essential — a marketing degree is not required.

Salary: £35,000
Location: Remote (UK)
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities Build and manage a paid community platform on Circle, including onboarding members, organising live workshops, coordinating guest logistics, and engaging the community
Develop and execute social media strategies
Manage multiple social media accounts and posting schedules
Engage in community management across platforms
Stay updated with digital trends and platform shifts
Collaborate with editors to produce viral content
Analyze platform performance and provide strategic insights to grow reach and engagement
Assess analytics across channels to report and refine strategies
Required Experience Built an online paid community on Skool or Circle
Used Iconosquare for social media management
Managed Dropbox extensively
Proficient in G Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
Experienced with Monday.com
