We are looking for a few Communications Assistants to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Assistants' role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities include answering customers’ queries, demonstrating products/services, as well as keeping up with KPIs and targets. Our team has been trained to provide the best customer service and solutions to streamline the buying experience.
You will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track KPIs
Requirements
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
