What the Job Involves The primary objective of this position is to deliver high-quality social work support to children in our care aged 14–18. You'll promote their safety, stability, and positive outcomes as they transition towards adulthood. Key responsibilities include managing a caseload, developing care plans, fostering relationships, applying contextual safeguarding approaches, and working collaboratively with multi-agency partners. The role requires a strong ability to work within a fast-paced environment, focusing on risk management, safety planning, and maintaining a relational practice approach.
