Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary package Opportunities for professional growth and development Friendly and supportive working environment Health and wellness initiatives Company events and team-building activitiesResponsibilities: Ensure all inspection, documentation, and testing activities are performed accurately Act as the primary point of contact for all materials supplied to and from the organisation Complete inspections in Goods Inwards/Despatch and Work in-process environments Manage the calibration system for inspection instruments Conduct thorough inspections of components and assemblies using Inspection and Test Plans (I&TP) Document findings clearly, identifying deficiencies and non-conformance Utilise Faro 3D CMM measuring equipment and basic mechanical measurement tools Assess painted components for adhesion, thickness, and quality Evaluate welded components for quality using visual and basic measurement techniques Flexibility to undertake additional tasks as requiredEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proven experience in quality control inspection Strong understanding of specifications, drawings, and documentation Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Familiarity with Faro 3D CMM measuring equipment Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of calibration systems and procedures Relevant certifications in quality control or inspectionTechnologies: Faro 3D CMM measuring equipment Basic mechanical measurement tools Quality assurance documentation systemsHow to apply: If you're ready to take your quality control career to the next level and contribute to a dedicated team, we want to hear from you!
