As a Certification Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing specifications, technical plans, and reports for aircraft part certification
Supporting design and programme teams to deliver compliant, airworthy products
Managing concessions and ensuring continued airworthiness through internal processes
Leading change management activities including design reviews and impact analysis
Troubleshooting product issues and supporting resolution with internal teams
Contributing to bids and statements of work for new customer projects
As a Certification Engineer, your experience will include:
A relevant Engineering degree, Apprenticeship, or 2+ years in an engineering environment
Knowledge of UK CAA, EASA, and Type Certificate Holders (e.g. Airbus, Boeing)
Familiarity with CFR Part 25 aircraft and Part 21 certification principles
Strong technical problem-solving and practical engineering skills
Experience in compliance or certification roles within the aerospace industry
Proficiency in MS Office and CAD tools
