We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Consumer Engagement Lead (CEL) to join our team in Essential Home and take charge of the brand content and media strategy for Cillit Bang and Calgon.Your responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end consumer experience, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time across all media channels. Drive audience-first performance-based activation and optimization. Lead media activation from strategic planning to performance marketing. Manage full-funnel strategies and fluid budget allocations, collaborating with counterparts and agency relationships.Develop and implement brand consumer segmentation and digital commerce growth strategies. Lead all aspects of paid media, both offline and online. Translate brand and business priorities into performance marketing strategies and tactics. Prioritise data-driven customer relationship building and ensure best practices in performance marketing. Direct brand creative amplification efforts and ensure consistent content application across all channels. Bridge Brand Communications Strategy and Content Strategy development. Oversee the brand ecosystem, channels, creative, and platforms for growth. Manage the content strategy agency for omnichannel activations. Collaborate with extended brand teams on omni-channel, personalized programs. Coach and motivate a team to foster a cohesive Consumer Engagement environment. The experience we\\\\\\\'re looking for Minimum 3 years\\\\\\\' experience in media management roles. Proficiency across all media touchpoints including TV, bVOD, OOH, Radio, YouTube, Meta, Search, and Amazon. Working knowledge of social media management. Comprehensive understanding of the consumer ecosystem. Experience in content strategy development and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of adtech/martech and ability to manage econometrics and T&L programs. Results-oriented with a proven track record of success.
