The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs, work in progress, and final deliverables from the Image team.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week

This role encompasses managing various specialist areas including 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. It requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure team efficiency and high-quality output.
The Imagery Producer supports our global clients across all media, managing projects with diverse deadlines and requirements. Key responsibilities include planning work schedules, maintaining records, communicating updates, and coordinating with Commercial/Project Managers and team leaders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Accountabilities
* Receive and plan briefs from various business areas, overseeing the delivery of all image assets.
* Foster positive relationships within the team to promote an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, keeping job statuses updated daily.
* Update team members regularly on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate, working with owners to gather necessary assets.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage account systems, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Obtain approval for estimates before starting work.
* Ensure invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG or photography, willingness to learn relevant software, excellent decision-making, communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
