In this role, you will be monitoring the working team out on the field, ensuring a high standard, performing quality checks and ensuring all documentation is filled accurately. This role is standard 39 hour week, however in the summer these working hours are flexible to accommodate the busier schedule. This position would suit a Supervisor or similar with leadership experience looking for a varied role where you will work on all aspects of the production process.
