This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. About the team The team work in partnership with the children and their families to understand the support that they need to live safely and happily. This role does not have any line management responsibility but does require an ability to work as part of a QA team, work with Social Care teams and also autonomously, demonstrating an ability to use initiative and experience to deliver a positive Quality Assurance system. About you A degree within Social Work Degree, DipSW, CQSW with a minimum of 3 years&x2019; experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role. You need to have a good understanding of what good social work practice looks like and be passionate about systemic and relational based practice models. There is a requirement to work on site a minimum of 3 days a week, in order to build trusting relationships with teams, so that quality assurance becomes embedded as part of a positive and supportive culture of improvement.
