Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: DN38
An established manufacturing site in the DN38 area is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support the electrical maintenance function on site.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a strong electrical engineer looking to step into, or continue in, a leadership position within a stable industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the electrical maintenance team on a day-to-day basis
* Ensure planned and reactive electrical maintenance is carried out safely and efficiently
* Lead fault-finding and breakdown response on electrical systems
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and site reliability
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
* Act as a technical escalation point for complex electrical issues
Hours of Work:
* 7:00am - 4:00pm
* 1 hour unpaid lunch break
On-Call:
* On-call rota with payment of £200 per month
* On-call duties to commence once fully site-trained (typically after probation)
Salary:
1. £46,000 - £52,000 per annum
