Location: University of London, London (On-site)
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

About the Role:
The Contract Manager will be responsible for the P&L, operational management, and delivery of a range of leading facilities management services across the UoL estate. This role ensures the portfolio is safe, fit for purpose, and fully operational in line with client expectations and the high standards of Atlas Workplace Services.
You will oversee customer interfaces and maintain a high-profile, positive image of Atlas at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead and manage a team of highly motivated individuals.
o Ensure delivery of total facilities management services to the highest standard.
o Drive operational improvement and foster first-class client relationships.
o Deliver exceptional customer service levels consistently.
o Full budget ownership: manage revenue and costs for the UoL contract.
Ideal Candidate:
o Excellent communicator and clear decision-maker.
o Approachable people manager with strong leadership skills.
o Extensive experience in facilities management.
o Proven ability to manage complex contracts and budgets.
* About You
* Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
o GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent.
o Accredited Health and Safety qualification. NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable)
o HNC status/NVQ (level 5) or equivalent with membership of BIFM/CIBSE/IET or relevant equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
o A proven track record of company policy and procedure management and reviewing, implementing effective change.
o Transformation project management experience, including mobilisation.
o People management.
o Financial control co-ordination, including P&L responsibility and financial targets.
o Internal report and performance data production and presentation.
o Corporate Customer direct management, including producing customer reports and hosting performance review meetings.
o Internal report and performance data production and presentation.
o People management experience of large teams of 20+.
o Proven track record of auditing service delivery.
