Sales Director
100-120k base + OTE
London, Hybrid
My client is a Edtech Platform that has gone through a merger and is a global business of over 4k people across US, EU and APAC working with the likes of Amazon, NHS, Royal Mail, Vodafone, Tesco etc.
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Director, who will manage a group of Sales Managers targeting specific territories in EMEA (including RoW). This position is the perfect fit for someone who has a strong passion for developing people.
Coaching, developing and hiring sales talent mixed with the ability to be obsessed by helping our customers (and find new ones) is what describes you best.
Key Requirements
* Previous career experience as a Sales Lead, Business Development Manager (or equivalent).
* Strong experience of selling solutions.
* Build, strategise and execute prospecting strategies focusing on activities, playbook, and active training with the team. You believe prospecting is a strong focus for your team and you can show them how to do it.
* Ability to run and lead sales conversations, run product demos and feel comfortable with C-level customer contacts.
