House of Willow Alexander is building the British institution for sustainable home & garden living — spanning services, e-commerce, and membership. We are seeking a
hands-on Performance Marketing Manager
to own and scale all paid acquisition activity, while also keeping our wider digital channels running lean.
This is a
blended role
: your focus will be on PPC and Paid Social, but you'll also have oversight of ecommerce feeds, email campaigns, and SEO performance. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants commercial ownership, and isn't afraid to get technical.
Your Responsibilities
Performance (Core — 70%)
* Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Shopping, Display & Performance Max.
* Run Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok & Pinterest.
* Create and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing page flows.
* Own tracking setup: GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, attribution.
* Maintain live dashboards in Looker Studio & GA4.
* Report on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, lead volume, conversions).
Digital Marketing (Secondary — 30%)
* Manage ecommerce feeds & Merchant Centre (WooCommerce, Shopify).
* Run email & SMS campaigns (Klaviyo) with basic journey optimisation.
* Oversee SEO basics (technical checks, content optimisation — with agency support if needed).
* Flag CRO/UX opportunities from traffic data.
About You
* 2–4 years' hands-on PPC & Paid Social experience (agency or in-house).
* Proven results managing multiple accounts with measurable ROI.
* Comfortable with technical setup (tracking, GTM, pixels, dashboards).
* Experience in ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify) + Klaviyo (or similar).
* Strong analytical mindset with commercial focus.
* Organised, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
