About the Role
An Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English and Maths Intervention Tutor to join their team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning and progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted English and Maths interventions to pupils across KS1 and KS2
* Support pupils to achieve curriculum objectives and close learning gaps
* Monitor progress and report outcomes to class teachers and leadership
* Contribute to the overall academic development and wellbeing of pupils
Person Specification
* Qualified teacher or tutor with experience in primary English and Maths interventions
* Strong understanding of curriculum requirements and assessment strategies
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about helping children reach their full potential
