Duties of the Master Technician will include:
13. Carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of customer vehicles
14. Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle systems effectively and efficiently
15. Using workshop systems and diagnostic equipment confidently and accurately
16. Ensuring work standards exceed both manufacturer and customer expectations
17. Maintaining safety standards and workshop cleanliness at all times
Candidate were looking for in a Master Technician include:
18. Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
19. Full UK driving licence
20. Proven experience working as a Senior / Master Technician within a busy workshop environment
21. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures
22. A proactive attitude and passion for the automotive industry
23. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship
