Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Brislington, Bristol
Salary: £29,000 £30,000 Basic | OTE £34,000

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous motor trade experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced aftersales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is on site
* Managing service walk-in enquiries and bookings
* Liaising with workshop and parts departments to provide accurate updates and pricing
* Booking vehicles in and carrying out vehicle handovers
* Upselling additional work where appropriate and documenting findings
* Ensuring all duties are completed in line with manufacturer and company standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
* Knowledge of Kerridge, RTC, or eDynamix systems would be advantageous
* Strong administration and communication skills
* Ability to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service
