Sales Consultant – 3 day weekend, every other week – Basingstoke

Salary: £32,500 basic salary with earnings up to £65,000+ inc. bonus!

Would you love the opportunity to develop your sales skills and have a 3‑day weekend every other week? We have introduced an exciting opportunity to be able to have in effect up to 54 days leave for the year.
Responsibilities
* Helping customers understand the importance of life insurance and highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
* Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging life insurance policies for customers over the phone, in line with our sales process.
* Embrace and demonstrate our core values. For example, by showing integrity, having resilience, and adopting a growth mindset.
Qualifications
* Good communicator, passionate about sales and experience of working to and achieving targets.
* Having a successful career in outbound sales and be able to demonstrate consistent achievement of targets.
* Self‑motivated.
* Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to work individually within a team.
