This therapeutic SEMH provision supports pupils who’ve experienced trauma, anxiety, school avoidance, and emotional dysregulation. You'll be helping pupils rebuild trust in adults, learn emotional regulation strategies, and approach learning with confidence.
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting pupils 1:1 with emotional regulation and daily routines
2. Using therapeutic strategies alongside the school’s pastoral team
3. Helping pupils recognise triggers and develop coping tools
4. Running short, structured interventions
5. Encouraging positive choices and celebrating progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
