The client is a specialist M&E Building Services Contractor with the PPM maintenance engineering contract onsite in Central London, with significant project work on top. The Account Manager will spearhead the strategic and operational leadership of Hard FM services, with a focus on delivering excellent building maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle services.
