The role
As Site Director you are entrusted with the leadership and management of all manufacturing operations on site at the Leeds plant.
This is a pivotal role ensuring that production is conducted safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, to the highest standards of quality, on time and in line with evolving customer requirements.
The person
A proven track record of managing production in a manufacturing environment—ideally gained in CNC machining, edging, or saw-based processes.
Demonstrable leadership and people management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Expertise in production planning, KPI management, and cost control to drive performance and profitability.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decisive decision-making.
High level of IT literacy, with proficiency in production tracking systems and digital reporting.
Commercially astute, with a genuine passion for achieving operational excellence.
