About the Role
We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Creator Consultant to join our team and work on some of our most exciting accounts.
You should be a clear thinker with experience and a strong sense of what makes a compelling creator-marketing story. Your intuition is good, you react quickly, effectively, and decisively, and you can communicate your perspective confidently. You set the agenda, tone, and pace, instilling confidence in clients and teams. You are brave, poised, and committed to making the right decisions that deliver excellent results.
You will constantly strive to achieve bigger, better, and more creative campaigns and results that enhance the fame and reputation of our clients and our agency.
Key Responsibilities
Business
* Be a proactive creator-marketing leader within the business, collaborating across multiple teams as projects and campaigns develop.
Leadership
* Contribute to an innovative, collaborative, and supportive work environment by using your skills, insights, and behaviors to build high-functioning teams.
* Motivate others, build morale, and inspire colleagues to achieve more by leading with a positive example.
* Enhance the creator-marketing capabilities of your teams, focusing on developing less experienced team members.
* Push clients and teams to identify and tell the most powerful stories, advocating for the best results.
New Business
* Shape the creator marketing approach for new business opportunities, contributing beyond just storytelling to overall campaign responses.
* Identify and raise opportunities for additional creator-marketing within existing clients.
* Ensure that creator-related activities are accurately costed and delivered within budget in collaboration with account leads.
Client
* Stay updated on creator marketing trends and what drives earned conversation in relevant categories.
* Use your knowledge to craft attention-grabbing stories that incorporate creator marketing components.
* Understand your clients’ businesses and how your work addresses their challenges.
* Maintain direct communication with clients on ongoing brand creator-marketing activities where appropriate.
* Generate innovative ideas to capture attention.
* Oversee quality control on creator-marketing activities and materials, ensuring messaging accuracy and proper delivery.
* Provide leadership or advice on story ideas, messaging, press materials, media targets, and strategies as needed.
About You
Experience & Expertise:
* Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a senior or consultancy role.
* Strong understanding of earned media, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
* Track record of shaping influencer strategies and campaign development across channels.
* Ability to act as senior counsel for clients and internal teams on influencer-led activities.
* Experience mentoring junior team members in influencer or creator marketing.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leading meetings and presentations.
* Emotionally intelligent leader who can inspire, influence, and build trust.
