This Southwest-based Housing Association is transforming its operations by putting technology at the centre of its business solutions. As a Business Analyst, you'll conduct detailed business analysis to support the delivery of key projects and drive continuous improvement across organisational and change processes.
You will have the opportunity to work across various teams gathering requirements and analysing processes. This role involves collaborating with both technical and non-technical specialists to translate requirements into effective solutions, making it a great opportunity to have a real impact and drive meaningful change across the organisation.
As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements that enable effective change and improved services
* Running workshops with stakeholders across the organisation
* Delivering and supporting the production of functional and non-functional requirements, business process mapping/modelling, and supporting technology changes
* Designing and delivering targeted process reviews using Agile methodologies to streamline operations
* Working effectively alongside technical Project Managers to advance the business using insights you gather
* Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues, and support future-state planning and project benefits measurement
* Building strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery

* A business-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams and project managers
* Experience supporting IT change projects
* Professional curiosity someone who questions existing methods and investigates better approaches
* A strong analytical and problem-solving approach to work
* Previous experience in social housing or the real estate sector
What’s on offer:
* £45,000 per annum
* Flexible working (1–2 days a week on site)
