We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Marketing Manager to join our dynamic EMEA team. This is not just a marketing role; it is a business-critical position that will shape the voice and drive the growth of our advisory practice across Europe and internationally. Based in our London office, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and act as a key partner to our senior banking teams. YOUR IMPACT AND ROLE As a key figure in our marketing function, you will have the autonomy to lead and the platform to make a significant impact. Your core day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to: Leading sector-level strategic marketing plans and coordinating with banking teams in the management of an annual calendar of marketing activities, as well as contributing to comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting Managing distribution lists of key marketing materials on our CRM platforms Managing the publishing process of various types of content, activities and campaigns (e.g. deal announcements, quarterly newsletters, reports, white papers, events and marketing collateral) Managing the content process to be published to HL.com, assisting in monitoring website content, facilitating maintenance and updates on a quarterly and ad hoc basis Working collaboratively with bankers to leverage LinkedIn as a marketing vehicle Assisting in event marketing and coordination, particularly when working on the ONE Houlihan Lokey conference series Research and analyse current marketing efforts in the larger context of the organization and the market Create and manage effective timelines, accountabilities, and milestones while setting expectations of management and other project stakeholders, consistently and proactively communicating project statuses to the marketing and banking teams Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to share knowledge and support on ad hoc tasks and events WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a proactive and strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will be: A Confident Collaborator: You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the gravitas to advise and partner with senior executives and stakeholders across all levels of the firm. An Agile Project Manager: You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and can masterfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A Proactive Problem-Solver: You are self-motivated, flexible, and thrive on taking initiative. You can adapt quickly to changing priorities and are constantly seeking new ways to innovate and improve. A Strategic Thinker: With at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience ideally within professional or financial services, and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), you have a proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business objectives. A Digital Enthusiast: You are tech-savvy with a strong command of MS Office and a working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms (particularly Salesforce and Monday.com. A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is also beneficial. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
