Tasks: As theTechnical Trainer Engine Mechanics, you will perform the following duties: Guiding of jet engine mechanic trainees professionally during the entire practical training process in a workshop environment Ensure that practical and theoretical training content is instructed and documented according to the training plan, further develop training content and training concepts conceptually Act as a Trainer and qualified Senior Engine Mechanic, including on-the-job training. Supervise and certify the work performed Support training participants; identify professional and personal strengths/deficits; initiate measures for further development; monitor implementation/results Supervise practical assignments in the training and production areas of the global Mobile Engine Services network and accompany the training program Our Purpose - We connect people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way.
