The Person:
Our client seeks an exceptional General Manager with solid knowledge of worldwide cuisines. Ideally, candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in French, Brazilian, or Japanese cuisine, a proven track record of leading successful teams in a GM role or higher, and excellent attention to detail. Most importantly, if you are eager to take full ownership of your role and lead from the front, this role is for you.
