Join a UK business undergoing a significant programme of organisational change through 2026. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people plans that land effectively across multiple UK sites.
What you’ll do
* Change & restructure delivery: Plan and lead consultation activity (including redundancy exercises), timelines, stakeholder mapping and implementation plans.
* Employee relations: Own complex ER cases end-to-end (performance, conduct, grievance), ensuring legally robust, pragmatic outcomes.
* Business partnering: Coach and influence senior leaders; translate people data/MI into actionable plans with clear success measures.
* Performance, talent & capability: Support performance cycles, succession planning and targeted capability interventions to enable change.
* Cross-functional execution: Partner with HR Operations on letters, contracts, systems and process readiness; collaborate with Legal/Finance as required.
* Policy & risk: Update policies and guidance; identify people risks and mitigation actions.
* Communications & engagement: Prepare leader and colleague communications; facilitate briefings and Q&A sessions.
* Measure impact: Define metrics, report progress and iterate plans based on evidence.
What you’ll bring
* Solid experience as an HRBP / HR Manager / People Partner in change-heavy, multi-site environments.
* A confident, self-sufficient style with a track record of independently delivering ER and consultation programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable influencing at senior levels.
* CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience); Level 7 is a plus.
* Flexibility to travel nationally; Buckinghamshire as your primary base, with trips to London office as needed.

* Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
* Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) + benefits
