Maths Tutor
Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in mathematics.
* Develop customised lesson plans based on students' needs and abilities.
* Assist students in understanding mathematical concepts and solving problems.
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Provide feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
* Proficiency in mathematics with a strong understanding of key concepts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
Education:
A degree in Mathematics or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Prior tutoring or teaching experience in mathematics is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Deep knowledge of mathematical principles and problem-solving techniques.
* Ability to engage and motivate students to excel in mathematics.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Experience working with students of varying abilities and ages.
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, with flexibility in scheduling tutoring sessions.
* Temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance and demand.
* Work may be conducted in-person or remotely, depending on student preferences and availability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
