Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Reception Manager to join our Front Office team. You will be a master of craft, thrive in a team that succeeds together, and demonstrate integrity, respect, and responsibility while acting responsibly. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the front desk, ensuring smooth operations and supervising the Front Office staff on shift.
* Work closely with House Managers, stepping in and supporting complaint resolutions as and when needed.
* Assist the Front Office Manager with the development of the department, reviewing systems and processes to improve efficiency.
* Champion quality for the Front Office team.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury Front Office setting.
* Strong leadership abilities and technical competence in operating systems.
* Calm, composed and collected under pressure.
* Availability for a rotating shift basis (Monday to Sunday, 39 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays).
