This is a key senior leadership role within one of the highest profile operational government departments. Person specification The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their knowledge, experience and skills against the following essential criteria: Aligning strategies with organisational goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring adaptability to change. Effective experience managing statutory and regulatory compliance across a complex organisation.
