Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute Senior Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing organisation. This role supports the South-East region and coincides with the launch of a brand-new facility, making it a pivotal time to come onboard. You’ll be a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving performance through insight and shaping financial outcomes across a key division that underpins the physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with regional teams to deliver financial targets and operational plans.
2. Provide actionable insights through detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and trend evaluation.
3. Lead the budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring clarity and accountability.
4. Manage P&L, balance sheet, and month-end processes with precision.
5. Develop financial models and systems to support strategic decision-making.
6. Conduct risk assessments and business modelling to support long-term planning.
7. Mentor and develop direct reports while contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
8. Support ad-hoc projects and business case development.
Profile Attributes
9. Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
10. Proven experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or ready to step up.
11. Strong background in financial analysis, modelling, and project expenditure management.
12. Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
13. Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
14. Self-motivated, commercially minded, and passionate about driving performance.
