What You’ll Do
Take charge of your section during prep and service
Deliver consistently high standards in line with 2 AA Rosette expectations
Contribute to seasonal menu development
Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
Work closely with senior chefs and support junior team members
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a quality-driven kitchen, ideally at 1–2 Rosette level
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food
Calm under pressure and confident in running a section
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen
