What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day admin tasks
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Managing schedules, calendars, and internal documents
* Processing paperwork and ensuring smooth onboarding for new staff
* Assisting with reporting, data entry, and maintaining client records
* Ordering supplies and liaising with external vendors as needed
* Supporting and assisting with our recruitment pipeline and hiring team.
