We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Technology team. This role involves supporting the design, launch, and optimization of manufacturing processes, owning the industrialization of equipment, and ensuring documentation such as Process Flow, WI, and PFMEA meet customer and quality standards. You will be responsible for process development and improvement.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing manufacturing methods aligned with research findings, product knowledge, costs, and company goals.
* Creating specifications for new equipment to meet performance, quality, and financial targets.
* Implementing error-proofing, process integrity, and capability measures.
* Generating acceptance criteria for equipment, completing sign-offs, and handing over documentation.
* Leading process standardization across the business.
* Managing control documentation such as WI, Process flow, PFMEA.
* Researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, collaborating with vendors.
* Seeking efficiencies in manufacturing practices considering space, materials, and energy use.
* Focusing on OEE improvements.
* Producing reports by analyzing data and trends.
* Adopting and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles within the value stream.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

* Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills.

Essential Qualifications:
* A relevant Engineering degree or equivalent industrial experience.
Desirable Skills:
* CNC Machining experience.
* IATF knowledge.
* Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
* Edgecam / CNC Programming skills.
