Youll work Monday to Friday, 21:0006:00, giving you your weekends free and a consistent night schedule.
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £26,832 per annum plus a 25% shift allowance. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What youll do on a typical day:
* Coordinate transport operations and route planning
* Manage admin for Night Network, Specialist, and contract operations
* Scan freight in/out of the warehouse
* Support cost-effective use of vehicles and subcontractors
* Ensure driver compliance and investigate incidents
* Progress into planning the General operation
What you need to succeed at XPO:
* Knowledge & experience of working in a transport office.
* Experience in routing drivers, warehousing, and administrative tasks.
* Confident communicator, especially by phone
* Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Knowledge of trunking and cross-docking is highly desirable.
