This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to step into a broad, business-facing role in a private equity-backed group with a strong performance track record and ambitious growth plans. The RoleThis is not a siloed reporting role. As Financial Controller, you will lead a small finance team, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and a smooth month-end process. You will also oversee transactional finance and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will work closely with operational leaders to provide clear financial insight, help shape decisions, and drive performance. About YouWe are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience. You may be practice trained and now building on your experience in industry, or you may come from an established industry background with strong business partnering experience.
