Our client is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join their close-knit sales team at Baltimore Innovations, a family-owned specialist business with an outstanding reputation in the scientific and healthcare sectors. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with commercial drive. You’ll identify new customers, expand product offerings with existing clients, and represent the business at international trade shows. While 90% of the role is telephone-based sales, you’ll also engage in face-to-face client visits and overseas business trips. You’ll be joining a stable, supportive team of five other sales professionals, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Their people stay for the long term, most of their team have been with them for between 5 and 20 years and they invest heavily in training and mentoring to help you succeed.
