At McCarthy Stone, we are raising the bar in Off-Plan Excellence, and we are looking for a results-driven, strategically minded leader to drive the successful delivery of our Off-Plan Excellence Sales Strategy. You might currently be a Commercial Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Development Manager, or Business Performance Lead in the UK property or housebuilding sector. What sets you apart is your ability to spot risks early, bring clarity to complexity, and keep the customer at the centre of every decision.
Commercially sharp and process-driven, you will evaluate land opportunities, protect timelines, and hand developments to Area Sales Managers primed for success. More than maintaining the status quo, you will influence stakeholders, drive collaboration, and embed change that delivers measurable results.

Your Impact
As the Off-Plan Excellence lead, you will:
* Drive and embed the Off-Plan Excellence Sales Strategy across all functions.
* Provide robust commercial analysis to support land acquisitions from purchase to design freeze.
* Ensure seamless handovers to Area Sales Managers, setting developments up for sales success.
* Protect timelines and milestones, managing interdependencies with precision.
* Act as the key link between Commercial, Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Services.
* Champion continuous improvement, embedding best practice and unlocking efficiencies.
* Keep the customer voice at the heart of design, planning, and sales activity.
