Core Responsibilities:
* Advise C-suite stakeholders on digital transformation and growth strategy.
* Lead high-level consulting engagements from inception to realization.
* Mentor and grow the internal team of consultants and managers.
* Identify and mitigate long-term strategic risks for the business.
Required qualifications:
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in management consulting or executive leadership.
* A history of leading large-scale transformations for Fortune 500/Global tech firms.
* Exceptional emotional intelligence and visionary thinking.
