Salary Fully Negotiable & Growth Opportunities other additional benefits from a fantastic company Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and/or customer to clarify requirements, and consult with the Engineering team as needed for confirmation. Provide support to Sales Managers by addressing specific customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and handling various administrative tasks. Accurately and promptly enter sales orders into the order processing system. Maintain and update the daily despatch schedule. Ensure all despatch documentation is prepared on time and made available to despatch operatives. Process despatch and invoicing of goods, and ensure invoices are sent to customers. Manage payment processing for non-credit customers, including issuing pro-forma invoices and handling BACS or credit card payments. Obtain and compare transportation and delivery quotes, coordinating and booking logistics as required. Prepare and compile manuals, manufacturing certificates, and serial plates for despatch, and ensure relevant records are updated accordingly.
