Area Sales Manager – Staircases
Role
My client is looking to appoint a Technical Sales Manager to cover a well-established and high-performing region across the West Midlands and Southern Central counties. The role involves selling a premium range of bespoke timber staircases — including standard, curved, and floating designs — into small to medium-sized housebuilders.
This is a consultative, field-based role that combines technical site visits with solution-led selling. The successful candidate will also develop relationships with merchants to drive contractor demand. Full training will be provided on measuring and configuring staircases.
