What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
* Experience managing a broad commercial litigation caseload
* Candidates from an insurance litigation background are welcome, provided they are confident working autonomously
* Strong business development experience - particularly for Director-level applicants - with the ability to grow and strengthen client relationships
* Excellent communication, organisation, and case management skills
* Comfortable with a hybrid working pattern
