You will have the autonomy to work with your care groups management team shaping the people priorities that will make a difference, but with a supportive team and People Strategy to ensure we focus on the longer term impact of our work. The base for this role can be negotiated and the role will work in line with our hybrid working arrangements, allowing flexibility to suit you and your other commitments.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Essential: Postgraduate (masters) Degree in Human Resources/ Employment Law/ or equivalent level experience to demonstrate highly specialist knowledge in one or more HR topics
* Essential: CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Desirable: MCIPD Qualification
Experience
* Essential: Experience of building effective working relationships, negotiating, influencing and challenging a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers, to support achievement of objectives
* Essential: Experience of acting as a change agent, working proactively to implement organisational change
* Essential: Experience of providing coaching, mentoring, training and developing in HR policy, practice and employment law
* Essential: Experience of dealing with complex employee relations case work and people management issues
* Desirable: Experience of being involved in employment tribunal claim management
* Desirable: Experience of working as a sole practitioner
* Desirable: Experience of NHS terms and conditions
Skills
* Essential: Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice, with experience implementing these
* Essential: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
* Essential: Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information to different audiences
* Essential: Lead on projects, analyse data, and produce reports and action plans with options
