Romsey Mill is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Individual Giving Fundraiser to join our team and contribute to our vision of a transformed society where all young people, children, and families belong, contribute, and thrive.
Position Details
* Location: Romsey Mill Centre, Cambridge, CB1 3BZ (hybrid working considered)
* Salary: £28,282 - £31,364 (FTE, pro-rata for part-time). A higher salary may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
* Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours considered)
* Contract: Permanent
* Interview date: Wednesday, 31st July 2024
About the Role
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in developing and managing activities and campaigns to raise funds from individual donors, including one-off and regular giving. The ideal candidate will be experienced in data management of donor records and familiar with fundraising systems, GDPR, and data protection regulations.

Established in 1980, Romsey Mill is a Cambridge-based charity creating opportunities for young people, families, and communities across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to overcome disadvantages, promote inclusion, and develop wellbeing. We operate with a Christian ethos but are inclusive of all faiths and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute fundraising activities to secure voluntary unrestricted funds from individual donors.
* Lead on managing donor records and data systems.
