Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Norfolk
Salary: up to £55,000 Bonus
Hours: Mon Fri, 8am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full time
We are working with a well-established industrial business to recruit an Operations Manager to support site leadership and drive continuous improvement across the business.
This is a key position with responsibility for operational performance. The role is heavily focused on driving change, improving efficiencies, and developing collaboration between teams.
Key Duties of this Operations Manager position:
* Oversee production efficiency, output, and quality across the site
* Manage budgets, P&L responsibility, and KPI reporting to senior leadership
* Lead and develop both operations and engineering teams
* Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
* Take ownership of Health & Safety and site compliance standards
What You Need for this Operations Manager position:
* Proven background in Production / Operations leadership in a supervisory role
* Experience with CI, and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
* P&L and budget management experience
* Ability to manage and motivate teams
* Strong leadership style approachable, collaborative, and forward-thinking
* Experience driving change and delivering measurable improvements
