Overview
The Student Wellbeing Adviser plays a key part in creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering environment for students across Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds. You’ll work closely with the Health & Wellbeing team to monitor student progression, identify emerging support needs and provide one-to-one guidance on wellbeing, mental health, academic challenges and navigating university life. The role blends individual casework, workshop delivery, community-building activities and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You’ll help shape a service that is proactive, responsive and rooted in compassion, belonging and student success. With a potential start date September 2026, in time for the new academic year. Actual salary for 38 weeks per year commencing at £24,567 with progression £26,010 per annum.
