Role Overview As an Early Careers Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum. With the support of experienced colleagues and a structured induction programme, you will be able to develop your teaching practice and grow in confidence as you establish your career. These positions are offered on a full-time, temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum. Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where all children feel supported and motivated to succeed. Assess, track, and provide feedback on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Work collaboratively with other staff, sharing ideas and best practice. Engage with your ECT induction programme, taking full advantage of mentoring and professional development opportunities.
