Our client is a well-established brand within the sector, expanding year on year. They are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Advisor to work in a busy department. Their vision is to offer excellent standards, maximize business growth, and provide outstanding service.
Your duties include: dealing with new and existing clients, order processing, general administration duties, upselling, cross-selling, and offering add-ons to maximize additional opportunities. Building relationships with customers and internal teams. Supporting with complaints, returns, invoices, managing phone calls and emails, checking stock availability, and prices.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, people skills, good phone manners, IT skills, organized, a team player, and with at least 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
Your package: £28,000 per annum, 25 days holiday per year + statutory holidays, car parking space, department bonus. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, located in Chesham.
