Care Assistant
* Pay: £12.00 per hour

As a Care Assistant, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity, and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* To work as part of a team to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
* To ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard.
* To assist in the care of the resident’s physical environment and the general day-to-day activities of the home.
This role could be for you if you have:
* Have experience in caring for people e.g. raising a family, caring for elderly relatives.
* Ability to show empathy, understanding, and experience of the needs of the residents.
* Well-developed time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to make balanced, clear, and timely decisions.
* Takes a proactive approach to consulting and is involved in the decision-making process as appropriate.
* Knowledge of food hygiene preparation or a willingness to learn.
* Undertake mandatory training.
* Undertake training in specialist subjects.
